I’m a strong believer that wellness is central to a happy life no matter what stage of life you’re in. For many, mentioning wellness tends to spark thoughts of proper nutrition and exercise. However, something as simple as learning a new skill or taking up a new hobby is a great way to reconnect to wellness while improving physical and mental health, regaining a sense of purpose, and enjoying a newfound sense of achievement!
I’d love to write up an article on both the benefits of lifelong learning and fun ideas to do so online or with a group of friends. I’d also be happy to include your website to further connect you with your site visitors.
I agree that every person has their own way of finding wellness especially as part of a happy life – but common to many with regards wellness are sleeping well, being physically healthy, and mentally well. People’s lifestyles adjust to meet many of these different needs – diet, exercise, family and friend time, recreation, hobbies, etc. The capacity to attend to these needs are usually a function of both available time and resources – both affected by the other and thus in a way mutually exclusive but at the same time not (combinations can become more than the sum of their parts).
